Facilities
The main Westwood Embryo Service facility is located on a 40 – acre, picturesque farm north of Waverly, Iowa 
Iowa map with our locations. Business offices, laboratory, working facilities, as well as housing for non-lactating donor cows, cow-calf donor pairs and recipient females are based here. Donor cow housing facilities offers small group or individual pens with paddock access.
Westwood Embryo Services also has a satellite facility in Donnellson, Iowa
Iowa map with our locations. Westwood South as it is called, offers donor housing for non-lactating donors and cow calf pairs. Recipient housing is also provided. Matt Hulsebus manages this facility while Dr. Pugh frequents on a regular basis to check donors, perform embryo recoveries, and transfer embryos.
